Scott, the owner, came to my home to evaluate my roof leak. Although I expected to be told that my 24 year old roof needed replacement to fix the problem, Scott climbed into my attic and onto the roof (he also used his drone to get an overall view of the roof). He was able to identify an area that was causing the problem, offered a reasonable repair price, and took care of the repair. I don't need a new roof yet, but will in the future, and will be sure to call Scott and Ballantine Home Improvement. I highly recommend contacting Scott for your roofing questions!

Scott did a fantastic job on our house. They practically gave us a new house. We had siding, roofing, gutters. We are so happy! They were professional and answered any questions we had.

I got a few quotes from various highly rated companies for roofing, gutters, and siding. I happen to find Ballantine from a neighbor that was doing their roof also and was amazed at how quickly it was done. I called the number on the van and Scott came to look over the job and gave me a quote. He was the only one that went into the attic to inspect before giving a quote. He also gave me a quote for gutter replacements with leaf guard and repaired some siding and facia. The team was quick and professional and did the job in under the time quoted. They also removed the many attic fans I had and put in ridge vents which will save me a bundle on electricity bills. I'm very happy with way the roof and gutters came out and would definitely recommend. They also went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some other issues. A+++

I first heard about Ballantine Home Improvement when my neighbor informed me that he had finally found a company that was willing to take on his difficult roofing job. The neighbor’s roof was very old and contained asbestos, which was complicated because of the special removal and disposal techniques involved. As I drove by his house each day, I watched the crew’s meticulous work and amazing outcome. Without hesitation, I hired Ballantine Home Improvement for a roofing job of my own. I was delighted that I was able to interact directly with the contractor, Scott Cote, who was present for nearly all of the work that was done on my house. Scott was forthright, accessible, and responsive to my every request. I was beyond delighted with the outcome of his work as well as the respect and integrity demonstrated by his team. I highly recommend Ballantine Home Improvement for any job that you have, big or small. It is a pleasure to discover a company with fair prices and a strong work ethic.

Ballantine is a first-rate contractor. They made multiple site visits prior to starting the roof replacement and constantly kept me apprised of any findings. I solicited multiple quotes and theirs was the most thorough and they were one of the few that performed an interior attic inspection prior to providing a quote,

A few weeks ago a periodic leak in our living room from the roof became consistent. Every time it rained, water came in and was damaging our wood floor. Within a few days, Scott and Ballantine Home Improvement had inspected my house, provided a very reasonable quote, and fixed our roof. We were so happy with the new flashing, we hired Ballantine to install gutter guards too. Of course, they were able to schedule the install for the gutter guards within a week too.I cannot recommend Ballantine Home Improvement enough. They are consummate professionals, whose work is top notch, with surprisingly reasonable prices.
