I got a few quotes from various highly rated companies for roofing, gutters, and siding. I happen to find Ballantine from a neighbor that was doing their roof also and was amazed at how quickly it was done. I called the number on the van and Scott came to look over the job and gave me a quote. He was the only one that went into the attic to inspect before giving a quote. He also gave me a quote for gutter replacements with leaf guard and repaired some siding and facia. The team was quick and professional and did the job in under the time quoted. They also removed the many attic fans I had and put in ridge vents which will save me a bundle on electricity bills. I'm very happy with way the roof and gutters came out and would definitely recommend. They also went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some other issues. A+++

A few weeks ago a periodic leak in our living room from the roof became consistent. Every time it rained, water came in and was damaging our wood floor. Within a few days, Scott and Ballantine Home Improvement had inspected my house, provided a very reasonable quote, and fixed our roof. We were so happy with the new flashing, we hired Ballantine to install gutter guards too. Of course, they were able to schedule the install for the gutter guards within a week too.I cannot recommend Ballantine Home Improvement enough. They are consummate professionals, whose work is top notch, with surprisingly reasonable prices.
